What we do
Our vetted house cleaners in Altrincham and Sale turn up on time because we know how important it is for you to come home to a clean and calm home.
We work in teams of two so we can lift and move furniture to clean under it, not around it.
We don’t like letting people down, but occasionally we just can’t get to you on the day (last minute illness, car problems or inclement weather). If this happens, we will notify you as soon as we can – and we will offer you our ‘plan B’ appointment.
Done and Dusted offers a key holding service (so you don’t have to rush home from your pamper day to let us in, or worry your neighbour…)
Our teams can carry out ironing while we are in the house on request – we estimate 12 shirts in an hour. One of our team will iron while the other cleans, but we may need extra time.
We are eco-friendly and don’t bring chemicals into your home. The basis of our cleaning system is a plant based cleaning solution from Ecover and Method, a good quality e-cloth and a lot of ‘elbow grease’.
Done and Dusted doesn’t tie you down to a contract or charge you a cancellation fee.
We are fully insured for damage or accidents in your home.
The cleaning service we offer is tailored to your requirements (this includes cleaning inside the fridge, changing bed linen, and ironing).
Recycling
It’s all about saving the planet these days and step one is to recycle.
We will empty the recycling bins, but we can’t do the sorting out for you – we just can’t risk our cleaners cutting themselves on tins or glass.
Did you know that recycling bins are not a standardised colour? – they vary between boroughs! Colour coding your inside bins to match the outside ones will help us work faster.
Our team of house cleaners in Sale use e-cloths
e-cloths have been designed and manufactured to clean better than chemicals using just water. e-cloths are made of polyester and polyamide micro-fibres and are reusable. They can be machine washed up to 300 times and remain effective.
According to Silliker Labs tests prove e-cloths remove over 99% of bacteria including E. coli and Listeria, from hard surfaces.
